Joint exercises

A fighter plane prepares to touch down on the U.S. supercarrier Kitty Hawk in the Bay of Bengal during the Malabar exercise in September 2007 when the U.S., Australia, Japan, Singapore and host India held manoeuvres off the Andamans archipelago. India and Japan have already teamed up with the U.S. and held sophisticated naval exercises, at least twice, off Okinawa.
